4.Sales & Setup (10/10):
I have used their vps for almost 6 month.when I bought the vps @ 2008-11-20,their website name is uesd to www.starkservers.com，I think their CEO & Admin Jason Kuberka is a nice guy,before I order the vps,I talk with him with the email,after no more than 12 hours,I got my vps.
5.Network (10/10):
My VPS is located @ LA DC，very nice link speed to East Asia,of cource to Shanghai,China.you could ping 67.220.203.9 to check the network,I could download with full speed with my 2M ADSL,it’s great.
6.Reliability (7/10):
I promise I got a 5 month nice service & speed with mysite www.mydays.org,but this month,I got a lot of troubles with them,vps down,wrong billing & hypervm 500 error,system restore failed,I don’t know how to say now.they spend 3 days to fix the hypervm url 500 error,my billing error is still not fixed…
7.Uptime (9/10):
In 5 month is good,but this month was not very stable,have some double days down.
8.Support(8/10):
Jason Kuberka always there to answer my question,sometime would delay,but still will fixz your issue ASAP.this month they had more delay,I don’t know know why.
The Finall Overall Ratings = (8/10)
I still recommand them as your xen vps choice,because I belive Jason could fix all the issues,you should give them a try:)
